Gulf Opportunity Zone Act of 2005

 

   

The Gulf Opportunity Zone Act of 2005 was enacted by Congress to provide tax relief to individuals and businesses in the designated area and to provide tax incentives for businesses to invest in the region. These videos and presentations provide an overview of various provisions of the Act, often referred to as the Go Zone Act of 2005.
