For the third consecutive year Beta Alpha Psi, the honorary accounting society, was recognized as the most outstanding student organization in the College of Business and Industry.

"Our members logged over 1800 hours of professional and service activities," stated Dr. Mark Lehman, advisor. "We sent six students to the national meeting in San Francisco and 14 students to the regional meeting in Nashville. Two students also participated in case seminars in Minneapolis."

Beta Alpha Psi students conduct tutoring sessions twice each week for students enrolled in the elementary accounting courses. The students also ran a booth at the College Activity Board's Halloween Carnival.
