DESCRIPTION OF POLICY:
To chair a dissertation, any
graduate faculty member must be a full member of the Graduate Faculty.
DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS
FOR CHANGING POLICY:
The above policy is that of
the MSU Office of Graduate Studies which was adopted by the Business and
industry Graduate Faculty and is subject to change by appropriate action of the
Graduate Council. Only the College
specific aspects are subject to majority vote of the College of Business and
Industry Graduate Faculty.
DESCRIPTION OF RELATED
PROCEDURE:
The requirements for full
membership to the Graduate Faculty are contained in the policies of the MSU
Office of Graduate Studies.
REVIEW OF
POLICY/PROCEDURE:
This COBI-AOP will be reviewed at least every five years by the Graduate Policies Committee at the request of the Graduate Director with request for revision presented to the College of Business and Industry Graduate Faculty.
